ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Yes! A Holly Jolly Christmas Popup was made with kids in mind. Our popup is the perfect place to take family pictures, bring the kids to meet Santa and friends, experience some much needed holiday cheer and so much more.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes! We offer free 2 hour parking with validation. Roosevelt Collection has underground parking that is easily accessible to AHJP. Please bring your parking validation with you.
IS FOOD ALLOWED?
No. We will offer yummy treats like Hot Chocolate and Cookies on certain days.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Nope! But wearing some holiday inspired clothing will really make your experience Jolly!
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS?
No. All sales are Final. We do recomend that you transfer your ticket to someone else or change your date.
I PURCHASED THE WRONG TIME SLOT FOR A HOLLY JOLLY POPUP. CAN I CHANGE MY TIME?
Of course you can. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the ticket purchasers name, date of your event, and the current time slot you have and the one you’re wanting to switch it to! Please allow up to 24 hours for your ticket time slot to be transferred!
I WON’T BE ABLE TO MAKE IT TO THE EVENT! CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
YES! Simply follow the directions below:
Login to your Universe account and go to your TICKETS page. If you have purchased your tickets as a guest, you will need to create a new account before you move forward!
Find the ticket that you’re wanting to transfer and select the “MORE” besides the “VIEW TICKET” button and select the “TRANSFER TICKET” option from the drop down menu
On the next screen enter the updated first name, last name, and email address in full of the person you’re transferring your ticket to and click “TRANSFER”
Once “TRANSFER” has been selected an updated email will be sent to the new ticket holder with their confirmation and their ticket.
PLEASE NOTE: Once the ticket has been transferred you will no longer have access to that ticket from your account and the original QR code will no longer be valid! In the event if the ticket has not been claimed and or your transfer is declined you will still have access to the ticket and it will not be fully transferred until the new party has accepted the ticket transfer.

Your safety is our priority and that’s why you will be able to enjoy this event with updated safety measures.
Here’s what you can expect at A Holly Jolly Popup;
MASKS ARE REQUIRED for entry and while walking through the entire experience and to the restrooms, except when taking pictures!
WELLNESS CHECK: Upon entry your temperature will be taken, temperatures must be below 100.4. If your temperature is higher you will not be allowed in the popup. We will happily give you a refund under those circumstances only!
REDUCED CAPACITY: We will be operating at 50% capacity per the city guidelines and enforcing social distancing.
HAND SANITIZING WIPES: Will be placed throughout the entire space for your convenience.

CAN I BRING MY OWN CAMERA?
Yes! We want you to take the best pictures. We have lots of wonderful areas we want you to take pictures at.
WILL SANTA BE IN THE BUILDING?
Yes! Santa and friends will be available through out the day.
